Biography

I acted in my first commercial at the age of 17 for Datsun which is now Nissan.  I moved to Hollywood in 1980  where I studied with many of Hollywoods finest acting coaches.  Vince Chase,  Eric Morris, Rick Walters, John de Lancie, Stella Adler and a host of others.  I recieved my SAG card for Stephan Verona's film Talking Walls in 1983.  I won the Dramalogue Critics Award for Tom Coles Medal of Honor Rag in 1982.  I later moved to London in 1987 after having my first child and concentrated on working in Europe.  I filmed with Stephen Norrington on Death Machine then went onto films such films as Four weddings and a funeral,  Just visiting, Mission Impossible and Stanley Kubrick's Eye's wide Shut.   I worked with ITV and BBC in London and traveled world wide filming countless commercials.  In 2001 for personal reasons I stopped acting and moved to New Zealand with my family where we lived for 4 years then moved back to the states in 2006.   I became a Fireman and an Emergency Medical technician in Oregon.  i loved that experience.   In 2010 I was once again being drawn back to my passion of acting and decided to find a coach to work out with, long story short I decided that wasn't right for me,

I opened up an exclusive film actors studio where I invited actors to participate with me working seriously for the camera.  This was my most important decision and extremely helpful to me and to my actor friends.  We created countless mini productions from 2011 to 2013. I moved to Italy in 2013 and after a year I was finally able to organize myself to be able to work here.  I set up my actors studio here to help actors in a full production environment.  I decided to get an agent and continue to work as an actor and also as a director.  I am currently working on my own projects and commercials as a director.  I was very fortunate to work with two fine Italian directors on two feature films shot here in Italy a challenging but great experience.  I will continue to work the rest of my life as an actor in this most fascinating and diverse challenging business in the world.
