The Film
The Film is roughly 40 to 45 minutes long. Destined for the world wide educational markets through specific distribution network specialist. For this market films must not be longer than 45 minutes in duration.

The Filming
The film is without dialogue. We decided on this approach because the subject concerns a global problem youths face today. The body of the script consists of 60 scenes that are visually captivating. it is our intention to create a compelling story through beautiful photography with rich stylized textures, desaturated colors in a setting of an ancient city in Italy.

The Cast

Actors will be cast for their ability to portray believably and convincingly their characters without dialogue. We will stratigically select each cast member to compliment the scenes visual importance artistically.

The Production design

The production designer will work closely with the director and the director of photography to maticulously design each scene. Independent films often overlook or discount the importance of set design. Every detail of the frame must be designed. Costumes, Props, Colors and textures, lighting, hair and makeup all of which must have a visual impact for each scene.

The Sound

Because the film is without dialogue ambient sound design will be of paramount importance. We want sound to be a large part of the story telling experience. For post production audio considerations, we will record on set (Interior) and on location (Exterior) multiple microphone placement.

The Music

We have selected to have original scores written. To keep in theme with the story only a pianoforte will be used for the entire film. 2 title songs will be written for the film. Ambient music will be written to emphasis the mood of each scene and to evoke emotions for the visuals. We also are investigating using music created by children here in Italy.

The Post Production

Editing is where we put it all together after the filming of the Beautiful Boy. All the Visual Data, sound/audio and music will be assembled. Once the film has been edited then we send it for color correction and color grading. Simultaneously the sound/scores will be recorded and production sound mixed then assembled together for final post production completion.
